It was awesome! Tim Winters has helped us with a few other vehicle purchase in the past and with our new RAM 2500 that we just purchased. We have actually became friends with Tim because of his help and hard work and have recommend him to our family and friends. He is a great guy and Danny in finance is the best to work with and we have became friends with him also. These two guys are who we recommend and will be helping us again in the future. They have made us life long LITHIA customers!

Tim was great. He was polite. He is a great story teller. Very willing to listen to my concerns, and was not pushy at all. One of the best car-buying experiences of my life. I never felt that he strongly cared whether I bought the vehicle or not (which is a good thing), but rather just wanted me to make the choice for myself.

Tim was very helpful with answering all my questions. He took his time and showed me any of the trucks that I asked about. Tim is professional and friendly. He’s very knowledgeable about Dodge trucks and if he did not know the answer to any of my questions, he did go to others with Dodge dealership and found the answer to my question.
