Michael did a terrific job with scheduling, communicating, and managing the repair of our 2012 Dodge Durango. Michael always remembers who I am and asks how things are going with the vehicles when we come in for service. It feels genuine and I appreciate that he cares about how we are doing and the status of our vehicles. Keeps us coming back!
