Growing up, I attended John Dickinson High School and embarked on an adventurous road trip across our beautiful country, making stops along the way when moving here to tri cities Wa with my family. My fluency in both English and Spanish allows me to bridge language barriers and connect with clients from all backgrounds. Jose was great to work with! He worked patiently and tirelessly with me, including phone calls from his home on his days off to respond to my requests and keep me updated on the progress of my vehicle (which was in transit). I felt he tried harder than most at helping me negotiate a better deal for my trade in. Overall, Jose was a real pleasure to work. He seemed sincerely concerned about me and extended his help after the sale was closed. He will be the first I'll call and recommend for any future purchases.
