The express oil change took more than 2 hours. I thought that was long. They did a detailed inspection and recoommended additional services, two of those additional services were servicing the transfer case and servicing the front differential. I'm not sure how detailed their inspection was since I have a two wheel drive and they recommended sevices for a four wheel drrve,

Jamie did fine but Lithia is charging me double what other Mopar dealers are charging for filters. It's shameful.
